Carrolls Eng believes in customer confidence. We work hard to achieve our high ratio of return sales. Therefore we guarantee
you satisfaction or your money back. We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale in the Carrollseng.com website are
in stock and that you receive what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will notify you as to when
you can expect to take delivery of this item. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery, then you have the right to
cancel your order for that item. Please note that we will only charge you items we can despatch.
To check on availability before ordering, or if you have not received your order within the maximum estimated time please

Payment should be made by credit card. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your
card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation, which will be required for any
correspondence. Payment may also be made by cheque via post.
All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Always keep your invoice as this is proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is
faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original
condition. Genuinely faulty good will be replaced or credited in full including return p&p. This does not affect your
statutory rights. Returned items which are not faulty, you will be credited for the purchase price excluding carriage costs.
